Three organisations. A dispute about a charge belongs with the second, a dispute about a page with the first.

Where these terms and the seller's published terms differ on anything to do with a purchase, the seller's govern. That is not a way of shedding responsibility; it is a statement of where the contract actually sits.

What this desk is responsible for is what is written here. If a figure on this website is wrong, that is this desk's to correct, and [email protected] is where to say so.

• The content here is published for information. It is not advice about a medicine, a symptom or a treatment, and nothing on it replaces a conversation with someone qualified to have one.
• You may read, print and quote from these pages with attribution. Republishing a page wholesale is not permitted.
• Product names, the label artwork and the product photography belong to the brand owner and are reproduced here as a retail desk for that brand.
• This website is offered as it stands. It is written carefully and reviewed, and it is not guaranteed to be free of error.
• Attempting to disrupt, scrape at volume, or misuse this website is not permitted.

The second line is worth expanding. Quoting a figure from this website with a link back is welcome, and so is checking it: every ingredient claim carries a source and every price carries the date it was read.

• Prices on this website are the seller's own pack prices as read on 19 September 2026: $89 for one bottle, $177 for three, $294 for six.
• The checkout shows the amount your card will be charged, and it governs.
• Struck figures beside a pack are the seller's own comparison prices. They are not a price this product was recently sold at and they are labelled that way wherever they appear.
• Carriage is published on the six-bottle pack only. On the other two it appears at the checkout, and this website prints no figure for it.
• Every pack is a single payment. There is no subscription on this ladder.
• Prices change without notice to this desk. A figure here that no longer matches the checkout is out of date rather than an offer.

The third point is the one that most often surprises people, so it is stated on the pricing page at length as well as here. Three struck figures on one ladder imply three different reference rates, which is a reason to read the price you pay rather than the number crossed out.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. The offer is made at the checkout, at the price shown there, on the seller's terms.

The money-back period is 60 days from the date of purchase and it applies to every pack, opened bottles included. It is a purchase policy operated by the seller, and this desk's role is to state it accurately.

A return must be authorised before bottles are posted. Return carriage is the buyer's and should be sent with tracking. Processing runs 3 to 5 business days once the parcel is received, and the money then takes 5 to 10 more days to appear, which is the bank's own wait rather than the seller's.

The refund policy states the same terms clause by clause, and the guarantee page answers them in the order a buyer's questions arrive.

• This desk publishes information. It does not manufacture, test or dispense the product.
• Nothing here is a promise about what the capsule will do for any individual. Individual results vary and the label itself claims no outcome.
• Where a source could not be opened it is named as blocked rather than dropped, and the page says which.
• Liability for anything arising out of a purchase sits with the seller under the seller's own terms.
• Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.

The last line matters more than the four above it. Statutory rights are not removable by a website's terms, and a buyer who believes something has gone wrong should say so to the seller rather than reading this section as a closed door.
